Our stay was absolutely mind-blowing! The reception staff were super helpful and quickly solved a heating issue, plus they relocated us to the main hotel which was jaw-droppingly equipped! Both locations were comfy, clean, and just a short walk from the city center. The breakfast was delicious and the team serving us were lovely and attentive. The free parking was a huge bonus too! Can't wait to come back!

We stayed at Gastehaus Kaiserhof for 3 nights during our trip to Lubeck. The staff quickly fixed an issue with the heating in our room and relocated us to the main hotel, Hotel Kaiserhof, which had spacious and comfortable rooms. Both locations were conveniently situated just a short walk from the city center, with free parking available. The guesthouse was private and peaceful, while the main hotel had a charming old-fashioned feel. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay enjoyable.

our recent visit to lubeck was even better thanks to gastehaus kaiserhof. the spacious room, comfortable bedding, and clean bathroom made our stay delightful. the staff was also helpful and easy to communicate with. overall, a very pleasant experience.

Located in a prime area near the city's famous attractions and close to the Old Town, making it ideal for trekkers and group of friends seeking adventure. the rooms are spacious, comfortable, and have practical bathrooms ' convenience.

The lack of coffee/tea-making facilities in the rooms can be a letdown for those who like to have hot beverages before starting their day.

Located at a good spot, this hotel has decent, sized rooms with comfy armchairs, ample wardrobe, and is in close proximity to the old town. the breakfast is served at the main building, and the staff is friendly and helpful.

The bathroom facilities were below average. the curtains in the shower area were not very comfortable, and the toilet was not overly suited to larger visitors.

We appreciated the convenience of the hotel's location, being within walking distance from many attractions and restaurants. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, which made for a pleasant stay.

The lack of clear signage on the building made it difficult to find and caused confusion upon arrival. the bathroom with a toilet and shower behind a curtain was not ideal and could be uncomfortable for some guests.
